COVID-19 POLICY

• On arrival to your appointment, you have the option to ring the door bell or wait in your car and TEXT us at (346)-298-1172 to notify your arrival

• Do not bring extra guest without approval. Please review "Child Safety/Friends Policy"

• If you feel sick, have a fever, body aches, cough or feel any other symptoms of COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

• If you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed, or someone who has been suspected/exposed of having COVID-19, then you will be asked to reschedule to a further date.

Please note we make every effort possible to remind you of your appointment with reminder text/email. If you are unable to make the appointment -24 hours advance notice must be given. Please try whenever possible to cancel an appointment greater than 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

We understand emergencies may arise, we will take this into consideration for certain circumstances. Discretion will be left to the manager and owner in all cancellation and no show circumstances. If 24 hours notice isn’t given for each service will be assessed to your card on file. If the card is declined, you will be responsible to pay the fee before scheduling your next appointment.

No Show/No Call will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service missed. The No Show/No Call fee will be charged to your card on file. If the card is declined, you will be responsible to pay the fee before scheduling your next appointment. Please note that all credit card numbers on file are stored in a secure PCI compliant terminal.

At Beauty & Confidence Electrolysis, we pride ourselves on taking your time seriously and hope you will do the same for us. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, you have the option of waiting to see if any other clients cancel or you can reschedule your appointment for the next available time. However, you will still be charged a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee. 

Due to the nature of the services, there are NO refunds on any services rendered. Please contact us within 48 hours of our service date with any problems and/or concerns you have regarding your service. We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied please let us know immediately, and we will discuss a solution. 

All payments made to the Beauty & Confidence Electrolysis become completely NON-REFUNDABLE. Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action.  
NOTE: If refund is given back to the client from Beauty & Confidence Electrolysis LLC, the day of the refund, client is to be TERMINATED/FIRED from Beauty & Confidence Electrolysis LLC. All progress of client will be terminated the day of refund, no further communication/notice from the company will be given. 

We LOVE the fact that you want to bring your friend to tag along with you and see what electrolysis is all about, but before you bring them please contact us first!   If we're able to accommodate, then we're more than willing to allow! Due to limited seating, we cannot guarantee to accommodate extra people in the suite.
